Tasting Notes
This wine’s nose, taste and finish reminds the Molins of trips to the Italian Amalfi Coast. Think of Sorrento lemon, honeydew, thyme and Mediterranean Sea spray on the nose and on the palate. A very long lemony finish. We love it!
Winemaker Notes
Grapes were hand harvested from Dos Amigos Vineyard in the Willcox AVA in the fall of 2023.
Whole cluster pressed and cold settled.
Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at low temperature for 3-4 weeks.
Aged in stainless-steel tanks on lees for 8 months.
Filtered prior to bottling in June 2024.
