The grapes were hand harvested from Bonita Springs Vineyard in the Willcox AVA in the fall of 2022.
Destemmed and cold soaked prior to inoculation.
Daily pump-overs during primary fermentation.
Pressed to oak barrels and aged 21 months.
Racked prior to bottling in June 2024.
