34% Grenache, 33% Syrah and 33% Mourvèdre
Aromas of tart red berry jam with notes of dried grass & violets. Lush fresh grape flavors, black pepper on the palate, long sweet finish.
Winemaker Notes
The grapes were hand harvested from the Willcox AVA in the fall of 2022.
Destemmed and cold soaked prior to inoculation.
Daily pump-overs during primary fermentation.
Pressed to oak barrels and aged 21 months.
Racked prior to bottling in June 2024.
