Tasting Notes
Dark cherry, cranberry and elderberry aromas. Juicy, red berries on the palate followed by rosemary, cedar and slate finish. Extremely well-balanced and delicious!
Winemaker Notes
The grapes were hand harvested from Golden Rule Vineyards in the Willcox AVA in the fall of 2022.
Destemmed and cold soaked prior to inoculation.
Daily pump-overs during primary fermentation.
Pressed to oak barrels and aged 21 months.
Racked prior to bottling in June 2024.
