Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear with grapefruit and hints of jasmine and fresh cut grass on the nose. Zesty lemon and lime with a hint of passion fruit on the palate leading to a lingering, stony finish.
Winemaker Notes
Grapes were hand harvested from Bonita Springs Vineyard in the Willcox AVA in the fall of 2023.
Whole cluster pressed and cold settled.
Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at low temperature for 3-4 weeks.
Aged in stainless-steel tanks on lees for 7 months.
Filtered prior to bottling in May 2024.
