Tasting Notes
This Muscat Canelli is pale yellow with aromas of honeysuckle and key lime. The flavors are mandarin
flower and grapefruit. Although the nose and palate suggest a complex dessert wine, this beautiful wine finishes totally dry!
Winemaker Notes
Grapes were hand harvested from Carlson Creek Vineyard in the Willcox AVA in the fall of 2023.
Whole cluster pressed and cold settled.
Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at low temperature for 3-4 weeks.
Aged in stainless-steel tanks on lees for 7 months.
Filtered prior to bottling in May 2024.
