The Arizona terroir is showcased in this Cab. You are hit with eucalyptus & spice from the first swirl of the glass. Juicy black cherry and a touch of tannin on the palate. With a bold, mid length finish, we recommend drinking this wine now or age for 5+ yrs.
Winemaker Notes
• Harvested in Fall 2020
• Destemmed and cold soaked 24 hours before inoculation
• Twice a day pumpovers during the 10 day fermentation
• Pressed to barrel and aged 18 months before bottling
• Bottled May 2022, bottle aged for 4 months prior to release
